Reiki is such an amazing practice, both for the giver and receiver. When I give and receive reiki it allows me to ground and connect with myself and the receiver. Similar to a meditation, I’m able to find a warm, peaceful place that brings clarity and understanding. Often, physical tension and pain disappear along with anxiety and stress. ![]()
